We have three (3) large warehouses and production facilities capable of handling major signage projects. We have one in Sta. Maria, Bulacan, and two (2) in Dasmariñas and one (1) in Bacoor, Cavite.

FABRICATION

Our fabrication team of experts in the Philippines is well-equipped and experienced in providing high-quality services for any fabrication project. CONSTRUCTION

Quotation Preparation

Your quote will be ready to send within 2-3 business days and will be delivered through our system, which includes a customer portal where you can access all quotes in one place. However, if you do not provide all the required details for your project, we will not be able to send the quote until we have all the necessary information.

We typically need you to provide the size, layout, location, and installation height for the signage project, as well as the ingress for the booth and kiosk.

Quotation for Approval

We usually send your quote via email. You will receive our quote in your inbox and may also receive a notification from our invoicing system. This notification will provide access to the customer portal where you can view all future quotations you have requested with us and manage them in one dashboard.

Upon receiving the quote, you will have the opportunity to accept or reject our proposal via the customer portal. When you accept our quotation, there are options to pay via PayPal or with Credit and Debit cards.

Down Payment (DP)

We typically request a down payment (DP) from new clients, which may vary from 30% to 50% based on the project scope. However, for large enterprises and projects valued at 1 million or more, we may consider waiving the down payment requirement, provided that we are able to collect the entire contract price after a stipulated date, such as receiving full payment upon completion or collecting full payment within 30 days of completion.

For our regular and loyal customers, we extend special payment terms of 30 days after project completion as a token of our appreciation for their continued business.

Order in Process

When you place an order for our services, it marks the beginning of your project. Our process involves creating a Viber group chat with both our team and yours to facilitate faster collaboration on the project. We will provide regular updates by sending pictures of the actual project through our Viber group chat, allowing you to track the progress. Moreover, we encourage you to visit our production facility once the project is between 60% to 80% completed, giving you an opportunity to inspect the work in person. We also offer a detailed project timeline to keep you informed about the stages of completion.

Project Completion

Before the project is considered complete, the client must officially accept it. Prior to accepting the project turnover, you have the opportunity to inspect the project alongside our production team members. This allows you to ensure that everything meets your expectations and specifications before finalizing the acceptance of the project.

If there are minimal revisions that are not included in our master or as-built plans, we will bill them separately. If the cost of these revisions is minimal, we will make the changes at no additional cost to you.
